Lisa received diplomas in both therapeutic massage and shiatsu from the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in 1991. She earned her masters degree in acupuncture from the New England School of Acupuncture in 2001. Lisa works from the subtle to the very deep and specific to help you recover your vitality, resolve musculo-skeletal pain and stress and manage other physical complaints.

Whether she's working with the 'magic' of the needles, the stillness of cranial work or the vigorous stretching and deep pressure of a Thai massage Lisa encourages your whole body to find a place of deep rest and ease where healing can take place. Lisa completed the clinical portion of her osteopathic training at Collège d'Études Ostéopathiques in Montréal in May 2014. She is currently writing her thesis in pursuit of her diploma in 2016. In her spare time she loves to spend time with her husband, sipping coffee on the beach with all the other early birds and cycling the Eastern Trail.

Karen Brousseau

We are grateful that Karen returned to us in 2012 after a 5 year hiatus from the front desk position. She wears the many hats of this demanding position well. Karen's prior field was medical laboratory technology. She puts her thoroughness and fine attention to detail to work at MassageCraft. Karen will do everything in her power to see that you get the services you need. Karen is passionate about natural healing and has taken courses in shiatsu, Reiki and Tong Ren. As fate would have it, Karen has been a tireless caregiver to family members who have faced serious illnesses in recent years. In her spare time Karen enjoys fiber arts and painting as well as walks on the beach and biking. We are honored that Karen has chosen to share her fine personal and professional qualities with us once again.
